Directions

Shake well before use. 20-30 drops, three times a day or as directed by your practitioner. The best way to use liquid herbal tinctures is to put the suggested amount in a glass of water, tea, or juice and drink the entire contents. Tinctures can also be administered directly into the mouth without the assistance of water however some tinctures are unpalatable which is why most people prefer to dilute them into a beverage.

Yam root tincture a must product in my family now. I recommended this to my friends who had fibroid, they have good results, much less monthly bleeding. I also give it to my 17 year old daughter to regulate her monthly cycle, she takes 30 dropps twice a day, plus Kelp tincture when she is under stress. She does not have painful periods every two weeks any more. Yam root is also beneficial to men's health, reducing prostate enlargement, lowering blood pressure, etc, google around, you will see.

 I am taking Wild Yam along with Kelp and inspire of the hot flushes that occur physiologically in my age, I do not have problem with osteoporosis. Wild Yam elevate the level but Kelp keep it in that level. I trust the company for its effects. It has helped me heaps, i have more energy, my digestion is better and my vaginal dryness has almost disappeared which is really great for me. I will be re - ordering. thanks for a great product.
