The Viburnum Opulus Roseum is also known as the Viburnum Snowball. The reason for this is clear as soon as you see the plant in full blossom: abundant, pure white flowers in fun, spherical clusters, which look exactly like snowballs! The Viburnum Snowball is evergreen and a real asset to any garden. It blossoms from May until June. Aside from this, they grow beautiful (ornamental) fruits. During the autumn, the leaves turn into a beautiful orange-red/purple-red colour, making it the eye-catcher in your autumn garden. The shrub has a bushy shape and is full of spherical flowers with a pink undertone.
Care
The Gelderland Rose prefers to be in sun or semi-shade, in soil that may always be cool, deep and even clayey and chalky. This shrub can stand heat waves and drought very badly. The Gelderland Rose does not need much pruning, the old wood can be cut away if necessary.
