Murter Island

Murter Island is just 15 km from Vodice. We arrive at the Isle's Tisno point by a free-to-use ferry bridge. The island is close to Kornati National Park , which gives reason why it is also called Kornati's Gate. Due to its tranquil beaches, natural beauty and quiet nature, it is an ideal excursion destination for those who want to relax.

There are several secluded bays on the island where you can go to the beach on your own and enjoy embrace of the unspoilt nature. For those who want more than romantic bathing, it is worth visiting Slanica which is especially ideal for families with small children. A very slowly deepening sandy beach.

Podvrške beach is also sandy with its beautiful blue color opposite a small island where a pedestrian embankment leads to it - it's really magical ! The island has rocky beaches where there is a possibility for relaxing in the shade of dense pine trees. This place could also be synonymous with untouched nature.

Čigradja Beach is located at the entrance to Murter. Where there is a small sandy beach continuing along a rocky beach with natural shade. On the beach the "Lanatana Beach Bar" is found .It is a very cozy pizzeria with majestic local flavors. "Robinzoni Beach Bar" is also located here where there are often evening jazz and blues concerts.
