Nestor Lasso has become a well known producer in Colombia. He and his brother, Adrian, started El Diviso to break into the specialty coffee world.

They have standardized a complex and meticulous processing method that utilizes fermentation, cherry oxidation, thermal shocking and intentional drying to create incredibly wonderful and prized coffees.

Pink Bourbon is a sought-after coffee varietal that is disease resistant and has a notable beautiful pink hue that produces an incredibly complex cup.
