Broken Eyeshadow Palette - Pat McGrath

Hi

 

I ordered Pat McGrath's MTHRSHP Subversive La Vie En Rose online, and when I opened it most of the shadows were broken/destroyed. I'm wondering if I could get an exchange or a replacement? I plan to return it to my nearest Sephora ASAP, but I don't think I can get an replacement there, as the Sephora's in my city do not carry Pat McGrath products.
