I turned my volume all the way of but I can still play music and hear it as though is was at full volume. How do I fix this I have already turned it of and back on two times. My IPhone volume is off not the app it’s self I think maybe my volume isn’t actually working

Increase the Volume in Music:
See if you need to increase the volume in the Music app itself. If it is all the way down on the app itself, then you would not hear it on the iPhone --whether or not the iPhone has volume on.
