Jose A. Velasquez joined Gold Coast Schools in 2004 and is currently the Spanish Real Estate Program Director. He also teaches the Sales Associate Pre-license, Post-license, CRAM, and professional development workshop courses. Prior to working at Gold Coast, Jose lived in Peru and worked as an insurance broker. He attended the University of Lima and achieved a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Jose is passionate about helping students and making sure that Gold Coast’s Spanish real estate program is top notch. He oversees instructors who share his passion for teaching, and goes above and beyond to help students pass their state licensing exams and start their real estate careers. When not working, Jose enjoys reading and recently started growing vegetables and fruit trees in his home garden.
