Fred Allegrezza is a serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in Executive/Technology Management and Business Development in the Computer and Communications sector. Fred has been founder, CEO and angel investor of multiple successful startup companies. Most recently, Fred was the primary investor and Executive Chairman of AnySource Media, a Connected TV software company acquired at a premium by DivX in September of 2009.

In 1997, Fred founded Vivid Technology a successful Video On Demand company that grew, merged with Concurrent Computer Corporation and became an industry leader delivering VOD systems to Comcast, Time Warner, Cox, and other cable companies. Vivid/Concurent captured 40% of the cable VOD market. Fred continued as CTO of Concurrent Computer as they grew to a market cap over $900M.

In 2002‚ Fred was a primary investor on the Board of Advisors for Everstream, a Targeted Advertising technology company. Everstream was later acquired by Concurrent. Fred was also primary investor and Director for OpGate, a technology firm developing MPEG 4 codecs. OpGate was acquired by Cisco in 2006 for the technology behind Cicso Telepresence. Prior to Vivid Technology and Concurrent Computer, Fred was an executive with General Instruments (now part of Motorola) leading the development of Interactive Cable Television Systems.

In 2004, Fred Allegrezza co-founded Vertasent, developing Video On Demand Management and Switched Digital Video Technology for the Cable TV industry. Vertasent was acquired at a premium by Motorola in 2006 with Fred staying on in an executive capacity through 2007.

Fred is the named inventor on 5 US Patent Applications in Video On Demand technology.

Fred graduated 1981 with a BSEE Degree from Drexel University.

Nancy Allegrezza BSN, RN, FCN‚ joined Telikin in 2009. Her extensive background as a RN includes years of experience in working with seniors in acute and long term care settings, and educational program development. She has utilized her experience working with our inside sales team, long term care communities and in sales and support staff training. The last 10 years at Telikin has included being a company spokesperson, and inside and outside sales. Her nursing background is extensive, providing direct patient care and education in long term care, community nursing and hospital based practice. Nancy is on the Nursing Advisory Board at Gwynedd-Mercy University and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International.

Accomplished Sales Management professional with outstanding leadership and Team building skills. Proactive business developer and recruiter with the ability to coach, train and promote top performers. Hands on Manager in every aspect of the sales process, customer retention from development of multi million dollar sales budgets to knocking on doors. Achievements include exceeding budgeted revenue objective to deliver top line revenue to insure profit margins of 35% and higher annually.

Rich joined Telikin in 2021 and brings over 35 years of engineering experience in managing servers and networking infrastructure with a strong focus on network security. Prior to joining the company, Rich was an officer in the United States Air Force followed by 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry where he designed, implemented and managed many complex network security solutions. He has a passion for operational excellence believing that every incident is a learning opportunity for growth to make the company better. Rich has a BS in Electrical Engineering for Penn State University and a MS in Computer Engineering from Wright State University. He is also a VI Degree Black Belt in Taekwon-Do.

Edgardo Gho is a Computer Engineer specializing in GNU/Linux Operating systems, drivers, system builds, and embedded systems. Edgardo leads our Product Development and Operating Systems teams keeping the Telikin system up to date with latest security and stability releases. Edgardo covers both Hardware and Software backgrounds with extensive research in programmable logic. He is also an Adjunct Professor at National University of La Matanza

Jeremiah joined Telikin in 2014 as a data analyst and has since taken an upper role in marketing/sales and business development and brings 10 years of sales and marketing experience to the company. Prior to joining the company, he served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United Sates Army. After completing his service, he earned his degree in Economics from Armstrong State University, where he graduated Suma Cum Laude, while focusing on econometric modelling techniques. Here he translated his studies into published research, while also working as a business journalist. Jeremiah prides himself on avoiding anecdotal thinking and brings a very data focused approach to the company decision making process.

Andrew joined Telikin in 2015 as a Business Associate and through his five years at the company has grown into his current role as Business Manager. He is involved in the weekly and monthly accounting work for the company, H.R. and benefits management for all of our company’s plans and employees, and completes payroll for the company. Prior to joining Telikin, Andrew completed his undergraduate studies at West Virginia University, and then went on to attain his M.B.A. from Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL. Andrew prides himself on always being available for employees, to speak with him and to make sure they have everything they need to achieve their personal and professional goals while employed at Telikin. He enjoys helping in the onboarding process of new employees however he can, and has got great fulfillment in helping the company grow by over 60 full time employees since he started five years ago.

Seth joined Telikin in 2020. Seth takes pride in working to provide the best costumer experience to all of our clients. Seth has a great understanding the challenges and struggles seniors have with technology. Seth strives to make every senior successful in their new technology experience.

Seth started his career teaching Elementary Education and English as a Secondary Language.

Vince joined Telikin in 2011 and has grow to leading the Assembly, Fufilment, Repairs, and Inventory Management. Vince leads his teams with a strong positive attitude and a commitment to excellence in service to our customers. Vince maintains high inventory accuracy, same day shipping and fast turnaround for repairs.
