Great Authentic Pizza. You can tell that they only use top notch ingredients. If you have not tried Ammazza yet it is definitely worth the trip.

After a long day of walking, we decided to grab some pizza from here. I was a little thrown off when I walked in and the worker asked if we were ordering it to go, but after ordering I understood why. The spot was pretty empty, aside from one other party. They did have a large-ish seating area and a nice bar, so I wondered if it's ever been busier.
The service was fairly quickly. After they brought out my pizza, that was the last of service. They have water and to-go boxes out for you to grab. No one checked in on this after this. The pizza was good, but not $30 good.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 106103394Dec 21, 2023
So sad this Atlanta staple is closing after 11 years!! Authentic Naples inspired pizza with great ambiance. Order at the counter and sit at a community table, the bar, or their heated patio for a fresh and flavorful pizza. They even serve edible glitter pizzas for the kiddos! If the restaurant is crowded, the kitchen will hold your order until you're able to find a seat. This is some of my favorite pizza in ATL. Truly the end of an era!

Stopped in for dinner last week. They have some parking out front as well as additional parking behind the diner. You order at the counter and then get a table in the main dining room and they bring your food to you. We got the bolognese pizza and Caesar salad. The pizza was amazing! The crust was so soft and fluffy. The pizza was so tasty. It was plenty to split between 2 of us and still had leftovers. A great casual pizza spot!

favorite vegan pizza in the city!!! so so good! ambiance and interior is warm and inviting! The outside seating is wonderful for those warm summer nights that are coming up.
Staff is very friendly and pizza is worth coming here!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - May 25, 2023
One of the best places in Atlanta to eat vegan pizza with good vibes. It is expensive. Recommend their red sauce vegan pizzas, especially the ones with artichoke. The white sauce pizza tastes overwhelmingly "noochy", I would recommend they remake it so that it is less sweet or has more of the sour cheesiness of white pizzas. Remarkable 5 service from staff other than the host/hostess, I would rate the host stand at 3 stars- they seemed apathetic about answering our questions and more excited to get back on their phone.

Flew into ATL late at night. Found this with decent reviews. Located in a more quiet part of the city, but still close to downtown, this was a very solid location.
We got the Polpette for an appetizer and the Ammazzare pizza. Polpette was decent, but wouldn't get again (average meatballs). The pizza crust was exactly how I like it (10/10). Overall, good pizza and would definitely recommend.
The ambiance of the restaurant and the pizza crust are where my 4 stars are coming from.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Katherine S.Atlanta, GA10817481789Mar 17, 2023
Finally had a chance to visit Ammazza. I read an article a while back that recommended their margherita pizza. I stopped in with a friend who's gluten free and dairy intolerant, so we went with the ammazzare with the gluten free crust and vegan cheese. I think it added about $6 for the "upgrades", yikes. The GF crust was interesting; it's thin and crisp like a cracker.
I'm still intrigued and want to come back for more of their pizzas with friends. Quite a few people were sitting at the bar and the dining area is spacious. A couple families came in, so a great spot for family dinners! Also loved that the back window lets you watch the pizza chefs toss and make the pizza. Those pizza ovens are neat!Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Natalie D.Carson, CA7630119Mar 2, 2023
For my money, Ammazza makes the best Neapolitan-style pizza in Atlanta!
We've been here a couple of times and haven't found anything on their menu that isn't worth ordering. My current go-to favorite is the Carne Pizza (especially for those who love LOTs of meat on their pies).
To sum it all up, the housemade cheese, artisan meats, great service, and reasonable prices make this place a most-stop for anyone who seriously loves Neapolitan pizza :-)Helpful 17Thanks 1Love this 17Oh no 0 - Sep 26, 2022
This place is great for vegans and non-vegans! I also highly recommend this place for large groups because you order at the counter and they have large tables.
The pizza is delicious - you can't go wrong with any type. Even though I am not vegan, the vegan pizzas and vegan Caesar salad are so yummy.
There's a patio that is great to sit on during nice weather. They also have many events! They recently celebrated their 10 year anniversary and gave people free pizza and there was a DJ!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
