Service: top notch. Perfectly aligned with what you would expect considering the hotel they are paired with.
Location: top notch. Close to the convention center.
Ambiance: lot of space ann with privacy in between tables. Great for business meetings!
Food: a solid 3.5 stars. Nothing is worth going there on purpose. All dishes are good but lack personality, taste, and they are a bad interpretation of the Italian originals.
Yet, overall the dining experience is great!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Shaguna W.San Jose, CA262214Mar 16, 2024
Fun atmosphere at the bar. Definitely recommend the Foraged Mushroom Risotto. But portions are on the small side, especially for the price.
Restaurant side. Bit dull and rushed. Pasta Carbonara was too lemony and not well seasoned. Not served very hot so went cold fast.
Tuscan Bean Soup was very good
Overall give 3-3.5 stars. Ok for a quick hotel lunch but would not go out of my way to visit.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Feb 27, 2024
The 2 stars are specifically for the pizza. This was unfortunately the worst pizza I've had in Seattle. I had the Ortaggio and my partner had Pepperoni and the crust was super salty. The toppings on mine were also quite large slices and difficult to eat as a result. It kept falling off the pizza and it felt like I was just eating salty artichokes. My partner felt the same about his pepperoni pizza for the saltiness and general lack of flavor.
The hard Italian soda was very tasty and interesting. The server was also excellent and we liked the ambiance. Really it's just the pizza we did not like. I can't really recommend the food but the drinks and service were good.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Apr 28, 2024
I'm visiting Seattle for a conference and this restaurant is in the Hyatt Regency. The bar was full of conference attendees but the restaurant was empty. (My appetite is on central time). I started with an Italian margarita. Great flavor and not too much alcohol. The tomato basil soup was next and it was amazing. Great flavor with visible herbs and a nice bit of grated cheese. The linguini entree was just the right temperature with loads of flavor. Chives, sun dried tomatoes and garlic with a creamy sauce. What a great meal! And I'm here 3 more days. I don't venture out much on solo business trips so I'll be in here again, even with the mandatory service charge.

Andrade is an Italian style restaurant that has a select menu of appetizers, pasta, pizza, salads, and entrees. While the menu isn't large, it does have a decent selection that could probably appease most customers.
We selected the margarita pizza, tomato soup and tiramisu. We split it and it was enough for us to snack on between meals. The pizza had a nice flavor to it, but the dough was really thin so the toppings pretty much slid off and it got messy...as long as you're aware of that going into it, you can prepare yourself to eat more daintily or "appropriately."
The soup, creamy with a nice tomato touch, tasted lovely, and the tiramisu, while on the rich end, left us fulfilled.
I enjoyed this venue. They do have a bar that stays open till eleven or midnight but it's for 21 and over.Helpful 4Thanks 1Love this 2Oh no 0 - Sean C.Boston, MA784834Apr 27, 2024
Had a good dinner here while staying at the Hyatt Regency. There were a couple slight food misses but nothing bad (menu listed a Caesar Salad with bib lettuce and it Instead came with romaine and the toast of our bruschetta was a little over done). The rest of our food was good and tasty. Our server and all the staff we interacted with were great. Wouldn't go out of my way to come here but was super convenient in the hotel and hit the spot after a long day in Seattle.

This restaurant was located in our hotel at the Hyatt regency! When we went it was not during a busy time, therefore the service was pretty fast.
The food was okay nothing special although we did enjoy the steak entree. It was cooked perfectly.
The strawberry limoncello martini was excellent.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 7590221Apr 27, 2023
Pretty good restaurant within the Hyatt Regency hotel. I went with a group of 6 friends for dinner on a Friday night.
The restaurant got us a table very quickly despite not having a reservation! The rest of the wait times for food ordering and arrival were medium to long. Waiter was friendly and gave us good drink recommendations.
Food was great, but seemed a little expensive for what it was, specifically for the pizza. The portion of pasta was pretty small too, though the pastas are pricer cheaper.
Strawberry Limoncello Martini - Reeeaaaally good, can't go wrong with this one. I ended up ordering it twice!
Margherita Pizza - Sauce was very good! Could have added some more mozzerella cheese, there wasn't a lot on there.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Tiffany T.Pasadena, CA647114219Sep 10, 2023
It's your standard run of the mill hotel restaurant. Had breakfast here every morning when I was staying at the Hyatt Regency in Seattle.
Wouldn't pay out of pocket for it but since I am a Globalist, the breakfast was free. Wide range of options with continental and full breakfast. Food was okay. Ordered the made to order omelette and waffles. Not very tasty but what can I say, didn't have much expectation in the first place. The service was a bit spotty as well - had to keep flagging down the waiters to get our orders each day.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Melbert R.WA, WA01632Mar 9, 2024
Overall: average, nothing significant to say "this place is known for ..." [review based on the Kitchen not the bar].
4 - dishes ordered during a lunch period on a Saturday. Appetizer was calamari: nicely seasoned w/a bowl full; however, the calamari itself was "thin". Main dishes follow: gnocchi w/seared salmon - perfectly cooked and flavorful; chicken sandwich - was also flavorful but needs more chicken than bread; bean & meatball soup w/half meatball sandwich - both lacked depth in flavor but the quantity was adequate for 1.
The ambiance was satisfactory nothing special.
As for service, let's just say I was emptying the calamari bowl before the server recognized we needed plates. They did return to refill our glasses one time (FYI, the restaurant was 1/2 full of customers).
Again, "average" rating. There's nothing I can say that makes this place unique / special.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
