I had a coolant replacement on my 2016 Audi Q3 using original Audi parts. When I purchased my car I also purchased the dealers four oil change service package. I've only ever had the car serviced at Audi dealerships until my last 45k service I got a report that my coolant tank was contaminated.

The only explanation I was offered by the dealership was that "someone" put something "non-audi" in it resulting in this problem which they then quoted me $500 to fix. I was extremely upset that I paid dealership prices for services that have only amounted to more problems that will cost more.

Frustrated with Audi, I searched for a local garage who could help me. I reached out to Bestiale via their website and got an immediate response. They offered me their first available appt and worked with me to get the best time. There's a charge for diagnosing the car, but I found it reasonable. A few weeks later my schedule cleared up and they were able to accommodate switching my appt to the morning. That was very helpful!

Upon dropping off the car Grigor listened through my whole story and asked good questions. He then explained what his process was like and what he was thinking of possibly doing to help understand the problem further. With COVID going on, he was masked up and also used plastic to cover seats while working on the car. I appreciated that they took these precautions.

A few hours later I received an email and a text. The email described in great detail his findings from his inspection, a list of possible causes and then several options to help resolve this. The cost was clearly laid out for each option. This report was much more thorough and well laid out than any Audi dealership service report I have ever gotten. Well worth the diagnostic fee. Grigor then phoned me to go over the options again and settled on the best option for me.

I received a call a little later to tell me my car would be ready. The services I chose to go with were fair in price. I felt reassured that Grigor was thorough and transparent with his assessment. He also didn't try to upsell me on some crazy expensive service. Overall I was really impressed with this garage, I have always been weary of going to private mechanics without a personal referral but i definitely felt like my car was in good hands. I'll definitely be back for simple routine services or whenever I get my porche 911*sarcasm*. Highly recommend Bestiale, it's a great family run business.

Been here a couple of times with my Audi S5 Quattro now and each time they've done an excellent job. Highly recommend Bestiale and will continue to go there with my car.

Exactly what you want in a auto shop and mechanic. Honestly, transparency, fair prices, consistently pleasant interactions, no waiting around, quick turn-around times on work performed. Have taken our VW Jetta Hybrid for both scheduled major maintenance and unscheduled repair. Communication is consistently excellent. Never any "run-around" here; their knowledge and integrity are easy to see in every part of the interaction. 10/10 recommend if your German car needs to visit a shop.

New location on Sepulveda is more convenient and closer to freeways, as well as more spacious, which means scheduling now seems to be easier than it was before, when they were located in Culver.

Bestiale is the BEST place to bring your car for any type of mechanical work. Gregor and his staff are extremely kind and treat their customers with utmost respect, something rare to find in the automotive industry. I was beyond satisfied with the service that they did on my car, it was quick, efficient, and didn't cost my an arm and a leg. I will definitely be coming back to Bestiale with any future issues.

Bringing my 2018 Q3 to Grigor and his team at Bestiale was one of the best decisions I've ever made regarding my vehicle. My Audi had been running very oddly and a check engine light was triggered. I brought it in to the the dealership (the only place I've ever had my vehicle serviced). It was diagnosed with a laundry list of issues and a huge quote to fix those problems. One major issue was carbon buildup in the cylinders as well as having some leaking parts needing to be resealed. I called several places to find somewhere to adequately service my car and I had no luck until I found Bestiale! The team was polite. They were patient with all of my questions and Grigor was incredibly honest and extremely detailed in providing me a diagnosis and options for services. Hands down the best experience I've had in having a car serviced and it now runs like the day I got it! Thank you guys!

I spoke with Iliyana arranged an inspection and then had Grigor do a repurchase inspection on a 2006 Porsche C4S that I was considering buying. First of all Iliyana was extremely nice and even emailed to tell me the car was at their facility and that they would contact me as soon as Grigor was finished. That is exactly what happened. The files were sent and the detail was absolutely amazing and gave me valuable information so I could make the proper call, in my opinion, and not make a mistake. Their 3 tier pricing is excellent and very reasonable. I cannot recommend a company more than these folks, they did not do any repairs on the car, but I am confident the results from their work would be excellent. As you can guess I highly recommend Bestiale for any of your auto needs.

I am very appreciative of the work that Grigor and Illiana has done to my 2011 Audi S5 Quattro 4.2l. In repairs that I have done and made simple mistakes. Grigor found the mistakes fixing them making amazing improvements.

Grigor is the man! I was having some issues after installing my intercooler with a friend of mine. We couldn't figure out what the issue was. And the reason we couldn't was because it was an issue completely unrelated to the intercooler! Blew my mind.

Long story short, Grigor figured it out. Unfortunately, the company I purchased the other part from included the wrong parts so we did a band-aid fix for now. He then offered to fix it for free when the new parts arrive.

I had the scheduled maintenance including engine oil and filter change and recommended factory checks using high-quality OE/genuine Audi parts on my 2011 Audi R8 Spyder V10". Grigor and Iliyana are a great husband and wife team. They provide excellent service. Grigor is detailed in his explanation of work and happily answered my questions and has a humble confidence in his skills and knowledge working specifically with the Volkswagen group of automobiles that includes Porsche, Audi & Bentley.
In the inspection of the R8, Grigor found missing bolts on the sound baffles and was able to add it at a later date. I look forward in taking my 911 to this shop in the future.
