Blu Blu Blu

This is a very elegant place with an emphasis on seafood.
I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. I had a seafood platter and my husband ordered the sea salt crusted sea bass. Our waiter told us that the wait would be half an hour for the fish. I got my food fairly quickly but after an hour we were still waiting for the sea bass. When we asked about it our waiter simply said this dish takes a while to prepare. Finally, the fish came, and we were far from impressed. Once you got rid of the crust, there was very little to eat, and no side came with it.
Looking at the plates of other clients (I had plenty of time to observe!), it seems like you need to know what to order when visiting Blu Blu Blu. I noticed that a lot of people where having seafood platters and also mussels (which came in a huge pot).
Our experience was ruined by the bad service and very long wait for my husband's dish that came without any apology.
