Fumare Cigars Smoke Vapes

Had an absolutely horrific experience here in November of 2023. Went there to buy a dab torch. Despite it being regular business hours, the front door was locked. I should have gone elsewhere. I knocked and a man came and let us in. Locking the door behind us. He told us to be quick bc his break was approaching. We asked him where the torches were... he replied he didn't know what a dab torch was. Then after we scouted the shop and found them, he started pointing the torches at me and igniting them to scare me coming within a foot of my face/hair and laughing . There were 2 small dogs running around pooping all over the shop. The floor was sticky from what smelled like dog urine. I felt incredibly unsafe. I would never recommend shopping here.
