Beautiful clinic and exlempoary service. Wonderful staff and most importantly, a positive pregnancy outcome!

I've been considering egg preservation for a while now. I did a lot of research about the different fertility clinic options and I was impressed by not only Incinta's website but also the outstanding reviews.

While their clinic in Torrance was a drive for me, it was worth it if it meant I found the right clinic. Deciding whether egg preservation is the right decision, can be a vulnerable and somewhat intimidating experience, so finding an exceptional Fertility Center was extremely important to me.

Unfortunately, I was left disappointed with my experience with Incinta.

Initially walking into the office, it is bright and welcoming. It was a good first impression.

After filling out the initial paperwork, I'm led into the doctor's office. The doctor was friendly enough as he began to talk to me about IVF. I clarify that I'm there to inquire about egg preservation. I thought it was strange he didn't take a quick look at my paperwork to clarify the reason for my visit, but no big deal. Maybe he just forgot this time.

After going over the general overview, he says we can do an ultrasound. When he leads me to the exam room, we realize it's currently being occupied. Again, not a big deal, they'll just do my blood draw instead until the room is free.

While doing the blood draw, the nurse informs me that she'll draw one vial of blood today and I'll have to come back another time to do the others. The reason? I have to be on my period in order to conduct the other tests. This was extremely frustrating because this important information was NEVER mentioned on the phone when I scheduled this initial consultation. If it had been, I obviously would have made sure to schedule my date accordingly. Now I'll have to make the long drive again.

The nurse then begins the blood draw. She sticks the needle into my arm and misses my vein. She leaves and returns with another nurse to try again, this time with my other arm. Thankfully, on the second try, the other nurse successfully drew my blood.

Next, I'm led into an office space to talk with a financial advisor. When she arrives, she starts going over the financial expenses of IVF. For the second time that morning, I have to cut her off and explain that I am not there for IVF, but egg preservation.

I get that this clinic probably deals with many more IVF patients, but still. It's these small details that make the difference between a patient feeling seen as an individual vs. feeling like another number on their roster. Especially when we're talking about a procedure that costs nearly $14,000, you'd hope they'd take the time to know what the person sitting in front of them came in for.

After going over the financials, I was left alone in the room. I wrongly assumed someone would come to get me for my ultrasound. Twenty-five minutes pass and I hear nothing. I finally get up and head to the lobby. I informed the front desk worker I think I've been forgotten about. She leaves to check on it. When she comes back, she apologizes and explains she doesn't know what happened.

Then I'm finally led in for my ultrasound.

After my ultrasound concluded, I clarified with the nurse that I would still need to come back for a second visit to complete the other blood tests. She begins to say yes but the doctor, upon hearing my question, says that isn't necessary. He can tell I'm already starting my menstrual cycle, so they can conduct all necessary blood work using the vile they already have. Thank goodness. Why didn't the nurse clarify this in the first place?

After what turned into a very long appointment, I'm ready to leave. When I ask about parking validation, I'm told they don't offer it. Again, by itself, this is minor. But when you're potentially going to spend nearly $14,000 at their clinic, you think they'd at least offer parking validation.

Fast forward: After the appointment, I received an email informing me that I'd be notified of my results between 5 to 7 days. I wait. And wait. Finally, after 14 days passed, I sent a follow-up email asking when I can expect my results.

I received an apologetic reply: "I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. Usually, I receive a fax informing me your lab results were complete so I had to reach out to obtain your results. "

On their website, Incinta says: "What makes Incinta truly unique is how you feel the minute you walk in the door."

Well, for me, very quickly after walking in the door, I felt like just another number on their list and forgotten about multiple times. I hope they will do better with future patients but I will not be one of them.

I don't even know where to start with this review. The staff at Incinita are truly my angels on Earth.
All of the employees, whether they worked specifically on my case or not; were always attentive, kind, sensitive to my needs and so helpful.

I have first to highlight my coordinator, Lily. Throughout my journey she has been beyond incredible. She has become much more than just someone on my medical team. Lily has been our biggest advocate and cheerleader since the very first time I met her. She responds quickly, honestly and is super knowledgeable. We have been beyond blessed!

Alex is another employee I must thank, although she is not on my case, I have cried in her arms at my lowest, we have celebrated the wins and she is always checking in. I am forever grateful.

I also must highlight Dr Lin and Mr Stetson. I have always felt so supported and truly cared about. They both have worked tirelessly to make this process as painless as it can be.
This journey is not easy and we have a long road ahead; but the staff at incinta have truly become our family, so we are ready.

If you are looking for a place that is much more than a clinic, come here, you will not regret it!

Dr.Lin and the Incinta family our amazing, especially my care team (Kate, Alex & Athena). Dr. Lin took over our case after the previous doctor change facilities and it was the best thing to ever happen to us! Dr. Lin has a wealth of knowledge on the best course of treatment that fits your individual needs. Kate is absolutely amazing she was there to answer my questions day and night and has a way of explaining these without all the medical jargon in way us regular people can understand. This was really our last hope at getting pregnant and I'm happy to say thanks to my Incinta care team we are currently 20 weeks pregnant and counting. I know going through fertility treatments can be a scary, expensive, emotional roller coaster but you can rest easy when you place your care in the heads of Dr. Lin. They will not recommend treatments that don't increase your chances of getting pregnant or prescribe medications you don't need or order an excessive about medication that you will not take during your treatment. If you are looking for a fertility center that truly cares for their patients and will work hard to get you, your desire results you have found the right place.

From the moment I spoke with Kyle and Dr. Macer on the phone, my husband and I knew we would be in good hands. We'd interviewed other local specialists but the team at Incinta made us feel at home from day one.

We were navigating through such an uncertain and chaotic time in our life, but the Incinta team made us feel calm and at ease every time we stepped foot in their office. Not only did they go above and beyond while we were in person, but they were always reachable via text or phone call, which meant so much to us during our IVF cycles. Kyle took the time to answer all of our questions via text and somehow always made us feel calm, even during the craziest times!

My husband and I are expecting our first baby thanks to Dr. Macer and his amazing team. We are so thankful and will continue to recommend Incinta to anyone and everyone who is in need of his services. Thank you Incinta for allowing us to grow our family!

Dr. Macer is one of the most talented, empathic, and kind doctors I've had the privilege of knowing! I went to Incinta for egg freezing earlier this year, and while this review is long overdue, I am still counting my lucky stars for having done the process with him.

I met with two other doctors before deciding to work with Dr. Macer. My first impression of Dr. Macer is that he's very "hands-on", detailed and straight forward which I like. His team is also incredibly kind and very professional.

I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am to have found Dr. Macer and that he was so very caring and proactive in his treatment. While I had a healthy and high ovarian reserve, he had a lot of great suggestions for things I could do to maximize my healthy egg yield, which was something I never heard from other doctors or in my research.

I felt safe, educated, and very well taken care of. From the very first appointment down to the day of retrieval, he really took the time to listen and make sure I understood the process and felt informed. His entire team, especially his patient relations director, Kyle, is also amazing. I cannot imagine having gone through this process with anyone better. Thank you, team Incinita!!!

My wife and I had been to a couple of other fertility clinics but had more questions than answers after meeting with them.

Dr. Macer analyzed the labs that we had gotten done previously and explained everything in detail yet easy for us to understand. He also went through our options and what our expectations should be without leaving us feeling hopeless. But most of all he has a compassion and love for his job that comes through which helped relieve a lot of the stress that we've had throughout this process.

His staff is friendly and communicative and any couple that comes in will be in very good hands.

We wish we met Dr. Macer and his team 4 yrs ago! The services that we/i receive from Dr. Macer & his team we're nothing short of excellent. After several failed IVF attempts with a different clinic, we were left discouraged, emotionally, physically and financially drained.

Dr. Macer + Kyle + the whole team were a dream to work with! I had my eggs frozen with the dream team and I couldn't feel happier with this whole experience. Each appointment felt personable- from the initial assessments, to the MANY monitoring appointments, and then the final retrieval day.
