Great to find a place that sells bagel sandwiches, nice and toasty and very affordable! It's almost like a hidden gem. I tried other local popular bagel places and they are always sold out before its' even 11AM.

This place has sandwiches in croissant or bagels and they were not sold out before 11AM. However, that doesn't mean it's a bad thing! I ordered an everything bagel with two eggs, pork patty and cheddar cheese and it came out piping hot with my cheese melted just the way I like it. More importantly it was under $9 including tips! I've had similar sandwiches at Spill the Beans and it was easily over $15!

It was clean and spacious inside, with a variety of seatings. I also appreciate the different plants throughout the shop.

Chicken panini is ok. Could have more chicken.

Taro milk tea is good. Jasmine milk tea is also good. Can't go wrong with either of these.

They have tables inside & wifi. Close too early though, 2pm.

Cool lil coffee shop with italian + asian influence. Very friendly people and the food/coffee is great. They serve dark horse coffee and also a great variety of bobas. Breakfast croissant was awesome!

To the girl who left a review saying this was the best thai tea, girl BYE. You've obviously never had authentic thai tea. This one was god awful and made with powder instead of boiled tea. How would I know that might you ask? Because there were clumped balls of powder at the bottom because the drink wasn't mixed thoroughly. One star for the thai tea. Can't speak on anything else because that was all I tried, but absolutely DO NOT ORDER THE THAI TEA. If you're looking for authentic Thai tea go to a Thai food place. I only tried this place because someone on here said it was the best. She lied.

Cute little coffee + boba shop in DT San Diego. Parking was convenient, it was on the side of the road with a parking meter. We had come here for their boba drinks, and I got a Jasmine Milk Tea. It is definitely not authentic, it honestly tasted drinkable, not enjoyable. Super disappointing tbhhh. They said their drinks were pre-made so I couldn't adjust the sugar level which kinda made me raise an eyebrow. Maybe they have better coffees but their boba was not it :(( the cafe was so cute and cozy too w/ lots of seating area, it was just so hard to like their drinks

Food service and ambience can't be beat, as always. Today had the Okinawa milk tea (with boba of course) and the turkey BLT.

Came by hungry for breakfast & coffee, wanted something quick but didn't want to compromise on flavor. For 2 sandwiches & 2 coffees, it was under $40. Service was relatively quick & there was plenty of seating on a Saturday around 11AM. I got the honey lavender iced latte & tried two sandwiches, everything tasted pretty good!

Always a great spot for breakfast and coffee! I had the protein breakfast yesssss on a croissant with a lavander latte .

Yesterday I got a power protein sandwich and a brown sugar shaken espresso and it was so good! Cashier was friendly and it's a nice place to sit down and study

Love, love, love this place! To start off, the staff here are awesome. I like to read here with my dog everyday and they are always so welcoming and friendly. Also, if you are Gluten Free, this place is a dream! They offer so many GF options, I highly recommend the breakfast sandwiches! Every coffee I've tried here is 10/10.
