Pupazzo Dog Grooming Xprss & Pet Supplies

I cannot say enough awesome stuff about this place! I just love love love their attention to detail. When I pick my dogs up they are just smiling from ear to ear with tails wagging. They are super clean, their little puppy pads are so pink, the tears stains are washed away, and they smell amazing. They remember our dog's names and make us feel so welcome. I was watching another groomer try and clean this poodles ears while we were checking in our three dogs and she was so sweet speaking to the dog. She spoke English and Spanish to the dog in the cutest way saying "biting is not ok". Just warmed my heart! She knew the dog was anxious and she was so sweet and loving to the pup!! I just know when I drop all my fur kids off that they are getting better treatment than I could afford for myself at a spa. Not to mention... their prices are so incredibly affordable!

Disappointed with how they clipped my pup's nails. The quicks are exposed and noticed some of them were bleeding. They completely messed up his back paws and didn't even bother to mention it to us when we picked him up. I understand black nails are hard to work with but almost all the nails on his back paws are damaged.

They also used a bunch of fragrance on my dog after I asked for them not to. I even brought in my own shampoo for them to use, which they were completely ok with. My pup has been itchy ever since we picked him up. Will not be taking him here again. The experience we had told us this facility is careless.

They lie about they always sanitize, because if they did, my baby wouldn't be suffering right now with kennel cough in which she got there from the groomers.

I've taken my lil old pup to this place and she's a poodle and no joke, she always comes out beautiful. I called today to ask who helped me and I think the nice gentleman said yelli? ... the sweet girl that was doing the phone early and cutting hair as well. She was so kind. I don't know who exactly cut my little dogs hair but there was no blood (like some places I used to go to.) I'm just thankful for all the people who work there. They are all so sweet . Thank you for taking care of my baby. She's all I have .This place is amazing love you guys!!!!

I've taken my dogs here four times now and I love this place. Very affordable, always easy to make an appointment, very friendly and my dogs smell and look SO GOOD after! I have a 120lb German Shepard/husky mix and his coat is insane. No one in a million years could keep up with this dogs insane coat and when I bring him here and get him deshedded I swear he comes back 20lbs lighter . They do an absolutely amazing job on him and my border collie mix and I'm so glad I found this place! I will absolutely always continue to come back here and I hope and pray they never ever leave!

Made an appointment 3 days before as I was told I wouldn't be able to do walk inS.

Was told I'd have to drop my pup off at 8 since it would take the whole day... I asked how about 9 since I'm coming from Hawthorne and don't want to be stuck in traffic each way. He said sounds good I can do 8:30 I said fine.... Let's do it I get here and he looks and says I have no appointment I say that's in correct I just spoke 2 days ago and I did indeed he said no we didn't confirm I said well it's still 8am so theirs plenty of time to get the job done he said he can only do wash yet I needed a full service. Then he chose to get an attitude and offer no services. When it was very he made a mistake he said he doesn't make mistakes... all humans do sir. This place doesn't value your time or money even when spending over $100.

My pup had a previous traumatic grooming experience.I was hesitant about finding a place that would understand his still a puppy & would cater to his nervousness. I highly recommend Pupazzo & ask for Dalma! I cannot emphasize enough how incredible Dalma was! She left him looking fresh,fluffy & younger! Unlike his previous experience where he had tears trembling and hid under the bed for hours. Dalma took fantastic care, she catered to his nervousness he came back home super excited,playful and happy!

I have been going here for almost 2 years. The new owner that maybe got the business from his brother is absolutely terrible. He butchered my dogs haircut because he had someone else work on him and I requested Dalma only. I came in late for him appointment because Dalma comes in at 9am and I wanted her to monitor my dog so the owner does not let anyone else work on him and he said he was going to leave my dog in the cage and they were not going to work on him right away because I was late. They don't even open until 9am and my requested groomer Dalma does not come in until 9am!!

The owner is a jerk and now I will never bring my two dogs here again!! Screw him!!

Dalma is the only good person here!!

Took my two Golden Retrievers for their second grooming and was shocked and now devastated about what they did to both of them. They turned my golden girls into labradors by completely cutting off their leg, chest, ear and hind end feathers. I called and was offered a (one) complimentary groom next time and lots of apologies.
I explained that they advertise as "breed groomers" and the first groom was good. He said he would talk to her and he was sorry.
After giving it some time and a day I sent them a text and no reply. I sent an email to the listed address on their website and it came back non- deliverable.
What should I do?

We have been regulars at Pupazzo for a couple of years now. They always do a great job even when I have specific requests. I appreciate that they can usually fit us in within a couple of days and the price is competitive. If you are looking for a dog groomer, try Pupazzo!
