Bought over $400 worth of clothes, the customer service girls at the front put multiple of the wrong sizes in my bag! Because the ones you grab off the floor are just samples they go to the back and grab your size I drove all the way back home to realize I don't even have the right sizes!!! Brittany W.Vallejo, CA714238Jun 24, 2021I finally made it to the store on my families most recent trip to LA. Loved it! Got to take pictures in front of the infamous wall, and of course shop. I got my girls tour hat I've been wanting and a girls tour tshirt to add to my collection. Everything on the floor is a sample and at the register they go to the back to grab you a fresh item. I liked that. My boyfriend went back in and grabbed me a pair of socks before we left. Maybe next time I'll run into Heather or Trell lol

My first time visiting (Sorella) I was impressed with the location of the store . Parking can be challenging it's off street parking. The staff is very friendly and welcoming the store is decor is neat & clean. I am curvy girl so most of the clothing didn't fit me, which I find odd because the owner is a curvy girl. My niece found some stuff she liked.....

The quality is horrible and it's not even what it looks like in the picture. This looks like it came from Walmart

Please know that we constantly keep our store clean and when we find a garment that has some residue from makeup or deodorant on it then we immediately remove it from our racks and take it back to our warehouse to get it fixed. We apologize that you may have picked up a garment that may of had makeup or deodorant on it. We will take note of this and inform our team to keep a better eye out for clothing that contains makeup/deodorant residue.
Oct 22, 2018Previous reviewI came in here the other day because I wanted to check out the clothes in person since it looks pretty nice online but never wanted to order it. The store is pretty cute and organized well but all of their clothing is DIRTY. Every single piece I picked up had either makeup, deodorant, or water stains on it. It wasn't just a couple it was 90% of the store. I was so disappointed I had to leave right away.
