We used Testa Fiore for an office party. They were responsive, professional, easy to work with, and best of all, the food was delicious. Would definitely work with them again!

i would've given them a 4 or 5 star rating up until the day of our wedding but after an incident that took place, i would not work with them again and would not recommend them to anyone i know.
up until our wedding, nona (who was the lady i was in contact with at the company) was helpful. the chocolate fountain was to be up and running for 2 hours (apart from set-up/break-down time). when my husband and i got to the reception, we noticed that the chocolate fountain was already taken down, earlier than the alloted/paid for time. the following monday i contacted nona thru email stating this is the issue and she did get back to me quickly but told me that 2 members of the hotel staff (whom she does not have the names of) told her to take down the fountain, so her husband (the attendant) did. i told her regardless IF someone from the hotel did tell u to take it down, they are not the ones who hired you or paid you, so they do not have the final say. the attendent (who is her husband) should have contacted me, my husband or someone who could've gotten my attention, to let us know if this is what they were told, that they had to pack up and leave early. i spoke with the hotel staff and our very helpful coordinator at the hotel and he stated that this did not happen as they are saying it did. regardless of who said what, the final word should have been from me or my husband. nona then proceeded to accuse me of calling her husband (who was the attendant of the fountain that day) a liar and that the hotel staff was lying to me. whatever the case, i asked to be reimbursed for the service that was not provided. nona then proceeded to claim she got an email me stating that i wanted to be reimbursed in full amount for what had happened, which i did not ask for. when i read the email that i wrote back to her, stating what i actually wrote which is that i would like to be reimbursed for the inconvenience, she quickly backed down and became quiet and said she would only reimburse me a monetary amount of 30 min (approx.$35) of the total $410.63. i don't think the amount is fair or adequate but she would not budge. at this point, it wasn't an issue of money, it was more that i wanted them to understand that when they are hired by someone, they should understand that the hiree has the final say it what happens if there are changes to be made.
nona was easy to work with in the beginning (before wedding) but when this issue arose, she became very defensive and her tone of voice when speaking with me was not pleasant. had she been more receptive and understanding, i would've considered letting it go and giving atleast a 3 star rating, but it's unfortunate that their customer service skills are not up to par.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
