NAPERVILLE, IL — After 17 years serving up Italian cuisine to Naperville residents, Francesca's Passaggio has closed its doors for good, Chicago Tribune reports.

The restaurant first opened in 2005 at 3124 Route 59 under the Scott Harris Hospitality umbrella. The group, linked to dozens of eateries throughout Chicagoland, is also behind La Sorella di Francesca, located on Jefferson Avenue in downtown Naperville and Fat Rosie's, which recently reopened at a new location in Naperville.

The menu at Francesca's Passaggio featured traditional Italian fare, including Napoletana Pizza, pasta al funghi, caprese salad and more.
