Tancredi is the Founder, CIO and CEO of Kuros Associates, an alternative investment holding and hedge fund investing exclusively in consumer and lifestyle luxury businesses.
Tancredi is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with a remarkable experience in finance and the luxury sector. Earlier in his life, Tancredi was an amateur golf champion. He started trading stocks at 19 and became a published author at 21. Tancredi launched his first start-up, a luxury necktie business called Farabeo, at 23 on the back of a successful crowdfunding campaign. After he founded Kuros Associates when he was only 26 with £100 in capital and £3000 of monthly revenue, at 30, Tancredi became a self-made millionaire.
Today Tancredi regularly contributes to media outlets such as the Financial Times, Bloomberg, and The Times. He writes on his blog (www.tancredicordero.com) and is the main host of the Kuros Associates company YouTube channel. Tancredi started his career in finance, working at leading asset management firms such as BNP Paribas, Mirabaud and Fidelity, covering different roles in both buy-side and sell-side capacities.
With over a decade of experience in investment management and consumer luxury spaces, Tancredi established himself as an independent and influential thought leader.
Tancredi holds a BSc from Bocconi University, where he concentrated on behavioural finance studies applied to trading and portfolio management. He is deeply passionate about behavioural sciences and humanistic subjects. He researches extensively the ties between secular fields such as theology, philosophy, art, literature and sciences such as psychology, sociology and neurosciences.
