Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven 400 degrees. Quarter potatoes place small roasting pan drizzle with olive oil or spray with nonstick cooking spray. Roast in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Heat chicken broth over medium heat.
Rub chicken breasts with cut garlic clove and sprinkle sage and rosemary. Spray chicken with nonstick cooking spray and place on hot grill. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until browned. Place grilled chicken on plate and cover with pot lid.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add warm chicken broth, lemon juice, ground pepper and butter. Place grilled chicken and roasted potatoes in sauce and heat 3-4 minutes, turning to coat with sauce.
Serve with a bed of mixed greens.
