This story contains spoilers for Season Four, Volume Two of Stranger Things.

Today, in batshit selections from my broken YouTube algorithm: a one-acre-large crop circle of fallen Stranger Things hero Eddie Munson.

Yep. It's real. On Wednesday afternoon, the official Stranger Things YouTube account cryptically titled, "Eddie, This Is For You." (Of course, Stranger Things is probably still spoiler-proofing its videos for fans who haven't seen the Volume Two finale yet. We're already over here speculating what's going to happen in Season Five.) In this work of YouTube genius, we see a giant crop circle located "somewhere in Indiana," depicting our very metal friend with his devil horns up. Of course, the whole thing is soundtracked by Metallica's "Master of Puppets," which Eddie heroically shredded in the Upside Down to ward off a swarm of Demo Bats. According to the video's brief description, corn artist (which is a thing, apparently!) Stan Herd created this massive, beautiful monument.

Honestly, we're just happy that Stranger Things is taking the appropriate measures to memorialize poor Eddie, after cruelly taking him away from us. Bonus points to the fan who finds its exact location, by the way. Netflix is missing a major opportunity to green-light an official scavenger hunt for the Eddie Munson crop circle. Because if fans find out where this monstrosity is, it's about to become the new Field of Dreams site. You can watch the video below. RIP Eddie.
