"The room itself was great and well equipped, it is upgrades and we received a free upgrade with a lake view including a balcony. Our air conditioning did not work the greatest and it was warm getting ready and the Wi-Fi did not work great. The staff was excellent though and accommodated us with our request for one more night and we did not need to switch rooms. Would definitely recommend for a great value and location stay in Lenno "

"Check in was easy, the room was comfortable, and the stay was excellent overall. I gave a 4 start instead of 5 for service because the wake up call I requested never came. Luckily I had my own alarm as well, so there was no significant consequence."
