A leading TV presenter and world-famous model have spent an afternoon with parents whose children have life-threatening conditions.

Entertainment editor, Richard Arnold,  of ITV's breakfast show 'Good Morning Britian' visited Haven House Children's Hospice in High Road, Woodford Green, on January 3.

Joined by leading male model Paul Sculfor, the two globe-trotting celebrities met with parents to find about the work of the hospice which has provided care and support to almost 400 families since its inception.

Mr Arnold is already a proud supporter of Haven House and hosted the hospice's Autumn ball in October, but Upminster-born model Mr Sculfor is new to the charity and was keen to find out more.

He said: "This part of Essex will always be home to me and I’m keen to do more for the local community.

"It was amazing to meet some of the kids and the mums and I’m hoping to do more for the hospice in the future."

Mr Sculfor has modelled for the likes of Giorgio Armani, Versace, and Jean Paul Gaultier, Paul Smith and Valentino, and was the face of Christian Dior's fragrance Tendre Poison campaign for three years.
