Recipe
Ingredients
- 50ml | 2oz MARTINI Vibrante* (non-alcoholic aperitif)
- 3 fresh strawberries, muddled
- 10ml | 0.4oz fresh lime juice
- A small teaspoon of strawberry jam
- Top up with tonic water

Garnish
Fresh basil, half strawberry & a touch of black pepper (optional)
Method
Start by filling your glass with ice cubes to the top. This will cool the glass ready for your cocktail! Then add your strawberries to the shaker and muddle (smush!) with a spoon. Add the rest of the ingredients accept the tonic water, fill with ice and give it a hard shake. Strain into the glass and top up with a good quality of tonic water (we love Fever-Tree refreshingly light.) Stir gently. Garnish with fresh basil, half a strawberry and a little touch of cracked black pepper (the combination works so well together!)

Two different expressions: MARTINI Vibrante* a fruity, slightly bitter and balanced aperitivo with notes of Italian bergamot and MARTINI Floreale* a refreshingly light and floral aperitivo with notes of chamomile.
