fix your broken eyeshadow with this hack 🤫
broke your eyeshadow? 😩 i accidentally broke mine when it dropped while doing my makeup 💔 but don’t fret, here’s a quick and easy fix with stuff that you probably already have at home! all you need is: rubbing alcohol and a spatula.
1️⃣ break up the broken eyeshadow into smaller pieces! i find that using a card works the best 👌🏼
2️⃣ add a drop of rubbing alcohol to the eyeshadow powder to make a paste. be careful not to add too much alcohol
3️⃣ once it has been mixed into a smooth paste, use a spatula to place it into the pan. don’t worry about smoothing it over, we’ll get to that in the next step.
4️⃣ lastly, lay a piece of tissue paper and use something flat to smooth the surface out. i used the bottom of a lipstick!
5️⃣ let it dry overnight and you’re good to go! (almost) as good as new 🤪
p.s. this works not only on eyeshadow! u can try this hack on almost anything in powder form—blush, highlighter, setting powder!
