Ishar 2 has better graphics and more varied locations than its predecessor, making it more atmospheric. However, some bad choices in game design make the player often lost, without a clue on what do to and where to go. This implies a lot of frustrating time, if one does not intend to use a walkthrough. Combat and npc interaction are weak, as in the first game.

This is the best version of the game, it has the same visuals as the DOS version but the music is way better.

Great game. Very addictive. Unbelievable atmosphere. The first part was only in the forest and dungeons - the second is almost everywhere and it is really huge. And only on 4 disks (AGA)!
