MetaMorfosi Cultural Association was estabilished and began its activity in June 2009 in Rome, Italy. Its aim is to promote Italian and International Art and Culture through the organization of major exhibitions and cultural events wordlwide.

In 2020 MetaMorfosi founded its U.S. chapter, MetaMorfosi NY Inc., to organize exhibitions and cultural events in the United States.

Since February 2023, MetaMorfosi NY has opened a permanent exhibition space at 378 Broadway, NYC.
