We have used specific oils with health benefits for many years. Oils that gently and naturally help our children rest easier when they’re dealing with respiratory issues, especially at night. We thoughtfully created this product to be undiluted, pure oil so you have the option of using it in the diffuser or diluting with a carrier oil and using it topically.

HOW IT WORKS:
Respira contains many essential oils that can promote sleep and overall relaxation along with helping to relieve scratchy throat, dry cough, and overall congestion symptoms to help get restful, uninterrupted sleep.

USE:
Respira can be applied topically - just be sure to dilute with a carrier oil! Apply to the chest, back, and bottoms of feet.

For diffusion, just place your desired amount of Respira drops directly into the diffuser of your choice.
