Lauren Marsaglia is a professional performing artist and registered yoga instructor (RYT 200) based in New York City. Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Lauren earned her B.F.A in Dance Performance from the University of the Arts and was a member of the second company of the Philadelphia Dance Company (Philadanco!) throughout college. Lauren's attraction to how somatic practices can deeply inform and change a dancer's body and mind lead her to become certified in yoga from Laughing Lotus in 2020 and Pilates from her alma mater. Since then, Lauren has been teaching yoga city-wide and performing as a dancer with LDC Artist Representation.
