RANDY Jackson has sparked concern from fans as he debuted his frail figure on Live With Kelly and Mark.
The former American Idol judge has been dealing with a major health issue for over 20 years.

Randy, 67, was not shown walking in from backstage, like others guests.
Instead, when the show came back from commercial, the incredibly skinny music producer was already sitting down.
He had lost over 200 pounds and looked very frail and skinny.
Fans were concerned for Randy and took to X, formerly Twitter, to comment on his appearance.

One fan asked: "@kellymarklive Is Randy Jackson okay? Why didn’t he walk out When introduced, but started the interview seated?"
He was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in 2002.
Randy, Kelly Ripa, 53, and Mark Consuelos, 52, did not talk about his health and instead focused on the show he hosts called Name That Tune.
The show has contestants, mainly celebrities, correctly identifying the names of songs being played by an on-stage band.

RANDY'S HEALTH
In 2003, the musician underwent gastric bypass surgery to keep his health on track.
He weighed 350 pounds before his surgery.
He detailed his struggles with the disease in his 2008 self-help book, Body With Soul.
The former Idol judge wrote: "It's a curse to be saddled with a disease that's life-threatening and that you can't completely get rid of, though you can certainly manage it."
"But it's a blessing to get that huge wake-up call."
Randy continued: "After that day in the ER, when my doctor burst the bubble I'd been living in, I couldn't lie to myself anymore."
"Right then and there, I began my journey toward better health."
FANS CONCERNED
Fans first noticed Randy's dramatic weight loss when he appeared on an anniversary episode for American Idol in May 2022.
He, along with Paula Abdul, sat in the judges' chairs after Idol alums, including Laine Hardy, David Cook, and Jordin Sparks, performed duets to celebrate the show's 20th anniversary.
Paula and Randy were original judges on the show, alongside Simon Cowell.
Randy left after Season 12.
The former judge expressed how excited he was to be back and couldn't believe how fast time has gone.
Although fans were happy to see them back, they were also worried about the record producer and how much weight he had lost.
Fans tweeted their concern for Randy, asking if he was OK.

Someone else simply asked if he was OK while posting a photo of him from the reunion special.
