Che Cazzo is the brain child of two Uchi alums who saw the value in high quality fine-dining delivered in a unique, simple and honest way. The brief was to create something nostalgic but still authentic, that was noticeable in a crowd but not tacky and something that resembled the high quality of food.

Translated, it means 'what the fuck are you doing?' - a tongue-in-cheek reference to the on the fly style of cooking Chef Joe excels in.
