I tried Trama once, and I keep going back to them for all my trademark applications. Communication has been consistently great from start to finish. Katarina is an outstanding example of that. She knows her stuff when it comes to researching difficult questions and making things simple to understand. Katarina is diligent and thorough. She made sure I was satisfied with everything before my previous application was finalized. This time she prevented me from making an error in the use of a virtual address for my business. Forget going down the IP Accelerator route. It costs way too much and Amazon’s partner are old school legal firms who want to extract thousands from you and take ages to do anything. Trama on the other hand provide a quick, cheap and efficient service that is consistent with customers expectations in these modern times. Fantastic service. Thank you Trama!

If you want to file for trademark you can use trama without a problem or do it by yourself it is not difficult. I did it for Amazon brand registry. Fast simple communication and filing, Im very satisfied with their service. Cost much less than lawer firm (lawyers always sickly overpriced) for the absolutely same service.

They make you think only of them when you need help to file a trademark the right way. That's what Trama does, which is why I went with them yet again for my third trademark. It was an easy choice for me. This time I had the pleasure of working with Kieran Spencer. I remember him not only for his patience, but also for the simplicity and clarity of his explanations. Some of my assumptions concerning product listing were misguided, but Kieran kindly gave me updated and/or accurate information with reference from the USPTO. He did that without making me feel foolish for not listening to him (the expert) the first time. It went really well. The least I could do is write an honest review of my experience.
