• It's no secret that Rita Ora's abs are killer.
  • But in a new photo posted on Instagram Stories, the 31-year-old "Ritual" songstress shared a pic that totally highlighted the definition in her core. And wow, just wow!
  • Rita says eating everything in moderation (plus regular circuit training sessions) keeps her in top-notch shape.

Rita Ora has six-pack abs and her latest Instagram snap totally proves it.

The 31-year-old "Ritual" songstress shared the pic in her Instagram Stories—and in it, she posed with one of the builders of her new home while wearing a black workout set of leggings and a sports bra. And wow, her abs truly sizzle!

"Thank you for building my dream home @interholc_development (the best builders ever)," she captioned the pic.

To get her washboard abs, Rita likes to mix up her workouts—as evidenced by this Insta post:

And she also works with personal trainer Jono Castano. In May 2021, he shared a video of Rita on his IG doing one of his super tough workouts.

He shared more workout deets with the Daily Mail: "For example, with Rita, we might focus on HIIT cardio training in the first half of the week, then core and upper body in the middle, and lower body at the end," Castano said.

And when she hits the gym on her own, she prefers to get in a serious circuit training workout: “I do circuit training. I usually work out for one or two hours, depending on how much time I have,” she previously told Shape. “I do three circuits and repeat that three times. I mostly focus on my thighs and my bum, so I do a lot of squats and weight lifting. And I do one circuit of cardio.”

As for her diet, she practices portion control: "I watch what I eat but I just cut my portions in half," Rita shared with Cosmopolitan. "So if I want a burger I'll just cut it in half and eat half of it. That or I'll take the bread off and only eat the burger. Or if I want fries then I won't have a burger to go with them."

Overall, her goal is to stay strong—not skinny: "I'm not the skinniest person in the world but I don't try to be," she told Cosmopolitan. "I'm more focused on toning rather than trying to be skinny which I feel everyone should try because that comes more naturally."

Preach it, Rita!
