RMMMY656–. Il ritratto rappresenta Bianca Cappello, amante e poi moglie del granduca Francesco I de' Medici, dopo la sua assunzione al trono granducale (1578). La granduchessa è rappresentata vestita di bruno con ricami e soppanni bianchi, rossi e oro. Cornice ottocentesca, intagliata con ovoli e minuti girali, e dorata. L'opera era tradizionalmente assegnata ad Agnolo Allori, maestro di Alessandro Allori, ma l'attribuzione, non convicente per ragioni stilistiche, appare incongrua anche per motivi esterni (il Bronzino muore nel 1572). Attualmente la critica non riconosce più l'autografia del Bronzino
RMMMY5DE–. ritratto di donna . Palazzo Pitti Dallo Schulze la donna ritratta è stata identificata in Bianca Cappello. Sembra tuttavia pù probabile che si tratti di Isabella de' Medici sulla base del confronto con i ritratti della stessa. I cataloghi ottocenteschi della Galleria riportano il riferimento al Bronzino confermato anche dallo Schulze, ma messo in dubbio dalla critica successiva. Mc Comb ritiene che il ritratto sia opera della scuola dell'artista. Recentemente la Lecchini Giovannoni ha proposto il nome di Alessandro Allori accettato anche dalla Padovani nell'utimo catalogo della Galleria Pala
